Gourmet journey in the Orne country
Régis Ligot and Didier Godefroy, the two chefs of this Mecca of the Orne country gastronomy united to elaborate subtle recipes with delicate accents : lobsters and poultry join the party whereas sweetbreads, creams and mousses are impatient to surprise you.

A festive cuisine
The gastronomic restaurant of Hôtel du Dauphin proposes menus enriched by seasonal suggestions : game, sea food…without forgetting the cervelas of Aiglon, Imperial speciality of L'Aigle.

Our restaurant is a 30 person air-conditioned room, a terrace to begin the evening and a lounge to end by the fireside.
The Hôtel du Dauphin has received the Maîtres Restaurateurs label.

Opening hours :
From 12:15pm to 1:15pm and from 7:15pm to 9pm.
Open daily. Closed on Sunday evenings except on days prior to public holidays.

Our gastronomic restaurant is non-smoking and is accessible for reduced mobility people.
