The "Re" for the close friends, is already a whole program. The "Re" as we REturn there. Obviously! The same accomplices are at the helm as in the gastronomic restaurant of the Hôtel du Dauphin, difficult to find better for a Brasserie.
If the recipes are simpler, meats and fish are carefully chosen on the market and benefit from our particular attention.
The Renaissance proposes a classic menu, dishes "between friends", generous, "bathing" in an relaxed atmosphere which will delight the lovers of essential values, the slow as well as those in a hurry...
The brasserie La Renaissance proposes its 60 person room as well as its terrace during the better weather season.

Gourmet journey in the Orne country
Régis Ligot and Didier Godefroy, the two chefs of this Mecca of the Orne country gastronomy united to elaborate subtle recipes with delicate accents : lobsters and poultry join the party whereas sweetbreads, creams and mousses are impatient to surprise you.
A festive cuisine
The gastronomic restaurant of Hôtel du Dauphin proposes menus enriched by seasonal suggestions : game, sea food…without forgetting the cervelas of Aiglon, Imperial speciality of L'Aigle. Our restaurant is a 30 person air-conditioned room, a terrace to begin the evening and a lounge to end by the fireside. The Hôtel du Dauphin has received the Maîtres Restaurateurs label.
Opening hours :
From 12:15pm to 1:15pm and from 7:15pm to 9pm.
Open Monday to Sunday lunchtime. Closed on Sunday evenings.
